About Brittany

Most people don’t wake up one day wanting to sell their house as-is.

They call because they’re overwhelmed.
Because they’ve been given ten different opinions.
Because the house didn’t sell.
Because repairs are more than they can handle.
Because they were promised help—and felt misled.


That’s usually when I enter the conversation.

Why I Do This Differently

I started Brittany Buys Houses because I was tired of seeing homeowners treated like transactions.


I’ve watched people in real need be rushed, pressured, and intentionally confused by fast-talking “investors” who cared more about closing than consequences. I’ve seen exaggerated promises, misleading explanations, and sellers left wondering after the fact if they made the right decision.


That didn’t sit right with me—so I chose a different approach.

What Working With Me Actually Looks Like

When you reach out to me, you won’t get a pitch.


You’ll get a conversation.


I take the time to understand:

  • What’s going on with the property
  • What’s going on in your life
  • What you’ve already been told—and what didn’t make sense


From there, I explain your real options, including ones that don’t involve me buying your house at all. Sometimes selling as-is makes sense. Sometimes it doesn’t. My role is to help you see the full picture so you can make the decision that’s right for you.


You’re never pressured.

You’re never rushed.

And you’re never misled.

If Selling to Me Isn’t the Right Answer

That’s okay.


If it makes more sense for you to:


  • Work with a knowledgeable, ethical real estate agent
  • Get help from a cleanup or hauling company
  • Explore local or community resources
  • Take more time before deciding anything


I’ll tell you that—honestly.


I measure success by whether you walk away informed and supported, not by whether I “win” a deal.

  • Explain numbers clearly and honestly
