I started Brittany Buys Houses because I was tired of seeing homeowners treated like transactions.
I’ve watched people in real need be rushed, pressured, and intentionally confused by fast-talking “investors” who cared more about closing than consequences. I’ve seen exaggerated promises, misleading explanations, and sellers left wondering after the fact if they made the right decision.
That didn’t sit right with me—so I chose a different approach.

From there, I explain your real options, including ones that don’t involve me buying your house at all. Sometimes selling as-is makes sense. Sometimes it doesn’t. My role is to help you see the full picture so you can make the decision that’s right for you.
